Snorri West Four-Week Schedule

Arrive in Winnipeg, Manitoba on July 9, 2010

Week One
You will be hosted with families in Winnipeg while you enjoy sight seeing, Winnipeg attractions, nightlife, shopping malls and movies.

Week Two
Explore "New Iceland". Meet the people of friendly Manitoba. Enjoy the sights including lakes, forest, wildlife and breathtaking sunsets. Tour Lake Winnipeg by floatplane and boat. Relax on our beautiful beaches. Experience Manitoba's rich ethnic background including Manitoba's aboriginal culture

Week Three & Four
Become part of a Canadian family. Experience summer life as a Canadian Youth. Participate in "Community Volunteer Activities". Experience summer rodeos, country fairs, sail boarding, jet skiing, food, film festival, fireworks and "Western Icelandic Hospitality".

Islendingadagurinn!!!!! Enjoy parades, parties, boardwalks, shopping, food, film festival, fireworks and much, much, more.

The excitement continues with barbeques, bonfires and farewells. The Snorri West 2010 program runs for four weeks (July 9, 2010 to August 6, 2010 approximate dates).
